Research on the Path of Digital Enabling High-Quality Development of Rural Teachers under the Background of “Strong Teacher Program”

Abstract: Under the background of“strong teacher program”, digital empowerment is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of rural teachers. This paper discusses the specific path for the development of digitally-empowered rural teachers from four aspects: promoting the construction of digital teaching environment, constructing the mixed online and offline training mode, building the network teaching and research cooperation platform, and improving the performance evaluation and incentive guarantee mechanism. The research shows that continuous optimization of digital software and hardware conditions, innovation of teacher training and teaching research methods, and improvement of relevant supporting policies can effectively.
