Research on the Training Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on the Educational Concept of “Three Innovations”

Abstract: With the acceleration of global technological innovation and profound changes in economic structure, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important direction for higher education reform. This article systematically analyzes the exploration and practice of Nanjing Institute of Technology in innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent years, summarizes the achievements and problems of the school in promoting students'innovation ability, and proposes reform suggestions and measures such as optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and building a comprehensive support platform to further enhance students'innovation ability and entrepreneurial awareness.
