Research on the Training Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Sports Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: As a base for cultivating talents, sports majors should effectively establish goals and models for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents that are suitable for social development, and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era. This article focuses on clarifying the connotation of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in sports; The fundamental task is to establish a practical platform and project carrier for improving students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, update the curriculum content system, flexibly use teaching methods, broaden students'practical channels, adhere to the integration of industry and education, strengthen school enterprise government cooperation, build a distinctive curriculum system, and build a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team. And adjustments will be made in the management mechanism, operating mechanism, and resource allocation, transforming the deepening of the integration path of industry and education into the internal driving force for self adjustment and development, forming an innovative and entrepreneurial sports talent training model that combines schools and enterprises, in order to provide reference for the reform and innovation of the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training model for sports majors in vocational colleges in China.
