Research on the Digital Transformation Path of Food Intelligent Processing Technology Major in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Digital China Construction

Abstract: In the context of building a digital China, the digital transformation of vocational education is crucial. As a key component of the food specialty group in vocational colleges, the food intelligent processing technology major is difficult to adapt to the digital development needs through traditional models. This article comprehensively and deeply analyzes the multiple paths of digital upgrading and transformation in this major, including improving the mechanism for revising talent training plans, creating a digital curriculum system, reshaping the digital teaching ability of teachers, upgrading virtual simulation training platforms, and developing innovative digital teaching resources. The aim is to improve the quality of professional talent training, enhance students'digital literacy and professional competence, cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the food industry, and provide reference for the digital transformation of other majors.
