Abstract: To overcome the limitations of summative evaluation in traditional outpatient teaching, this article constructs an innovative curriculum system based on formative evaluation theory for the cultivation of independent outpatient abilities among medical students. The course relies on the 5G smart teaching platform and information technology, integrating modular teaching and scenario based training, and designing a dynamic evaluation mechanism covering the entire teaching cycle; Collect learning data through the platform and provide feedback to teachers, dynamically monitor the development situation of students'core abilities such as clinical decision-making, doctor-patient communication, and information application. The article also points out that challenges such as increased teacher burden and differentiated subject teaching design need to be addressed during implementation. It proposes an optimization path that integrates AI intelligent analysis, VR simulation training, and other technologies to provide theoretical and practical references for the reform of medical education evaluation.
