Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, signal and system analysis, as a core foundational course in the electronic packaging technology major, has become increasingly important. However, traditional teaching methods are insufficient in fostering students'engineering practical skills and innovative thinking. This paper addresses the issues present in the current teaching of signal and system analysis courses and proposes a series of teaching reform measures. These include reforms and explorations in teaching methods, content, and assessment, integrating MATLAB simulation, and strengthening the combination of engineering case studies with theoretical instruction to enhance practical skills. The effectiveness of these measures is validated through actual teaching practice.
