Exploration of the Reform Practice of “Three Education” in Vocational Education from the Perspective of High Quality Development—Taking the Animal Medicine Major of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an Example

Abstract: This article takes the animal medicine major of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example to analyze the current situation of the “three education” reform in vocational colleges, and proposes a specific practical plan for the “three education” reform in vocational colleges: teacher reform is based on teacher ethics and style, and a “dual teacher” structured innovation team is constructed; Textbook reform is based on job requirements, optimizing course content and promoting deep integration between job and curriculum; The reform of teaching methods focuses on individualized instruction, digital empowerment, and innovative teaching models, aiming to achieve a qualitative improvement in the quality of vocational education teaching and ultimately achieve the goal of high-quality development of vocational education.
