Research on the Practical Teaching Evaluation System for Accounting and Finance Teachers in Applied Undergraduate Colleges in the New Era

Abstract: In the new era context, educational evaluation reform has become an important measure to promote the quality of higher education. The evaluation of teachers teaching not only concerns their individual career development, but also directly affects the effectiveness of education and the success of talent training. Especially in applied undergraduate education, the practical teaching ability of teachers is particularly important. However, the current teacher evaluation system still has many shortcomings in practical teaching, lacking scientificity and systematicity, and is difficult to fully reflect the teachers'teaching ability and practical effects. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to explore a practical undergraduate teacher practical teaching evaluation system that meets the requirements of the new era. This study aims to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for accounting and finance teachers' practical teaching based on the requirements of teachers in the new era and the trend of talent training.
