Abstract: Clinical pharmacology is a core course in medical education, but the traditional teaching model focuses on imparting knowledge, and students lack initiative in learning and practical abilities. To address this issue, this article proposes a new teaching model based on disease panorama research, which focuses on diseases and guides students to comprehensively explore diseases from the aspects of epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, targets, and drug treatment. Through literature search, case analysis, group discussions, and other methods, students can deepen their understanding of diseases and treatment strategies; Through multidimensional evaluation, it has been proven that this model significantly enhances students'clinical thinking and knowledge integration abilities, providing new ideas for the teaching reform of clinical pharmacology courses and having promotional value.
