Study on the Ways to Improve Teachers'Ability in Mixed Teaching for Applied Undergraduate English Majors under the Guidance of OBE Concept

Abstract: Under the guidance of the OBE concept, this paper discusses the specific ways to improve teachers'ability in the process of implementing blended teaching for applied undergraduate English majors. By strengthening the ability of teaching design, improving the level of technology application, the evaluation feedback mechanism and cultivating the awareness of lifelong learning, the aim is to comprehensively lift the teachers’professional ability and teaching level, so as to better meet the social demand for high-quality English talents and promote the innovative development of applied undergraduate English education.
