Exploring the Reform of Pharmaceutical Master's Education Model in the Greater Bay Area from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity—Taking the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Student Exchange Program as an Example

Abstract: This article aims to explore the challenges and reform strategies faced by pharmaceutical master's education in the context of new quality productivity. This article first analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of pharmaceutical graduate education, and then takes the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Student Exchange Program at Guangzhou Medical University as an example to propose a comprehensive reform plan including top-level design, policy innovation, faculty and platform construction, and international exchange. This article believes that through the innovative education model reform and practical strategies mentioned above, the quality of pharmaceutical graduate education can be effectively improved, thereby cultivating high-quality applied talents needed for the development of the new quality pharmaceutical industry in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
