Abstract: To enhance the quality and efficiency of engineering training practice courses in cultivating students'innovative practical abilities, this paper takes engineering training practice courses as an example and conducts in-depth research on the research-based teaching mode and its implementation plan through the cross-integration of multi-disciplinary students in engineering training and multi-dimensional, broad-spectrum practical teaching plans. The new research-based teaching mode effectively improves students'practical abilities, innovative capabilities, and scientific thinking, achieving the “two characteristics and one degree” in engineering training practice teaching.
