Abstract: In recent years, the continuous upgrading of industrial structure and the increasing demand for technical and skilled talents in the job market. As a base for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, directly related to the quality of manufacturing talent reserves, product standardization level, and international market competitiveness. This article is based on the current practice of higher vocational education, exploring the quality assurance system of the coordinated operation of the target chain, standard chain, institutional chain, and information chain. The multi-dimensional guarantee framework effectively enhances the alignment between talent cultivation and industry demand, providing a systematic solution path for the construction and management practice of quality culture in vocational colleges.
