Research on Blended Teaching Mode of College Sports under the Background of “Internet+”

Abstract: In order to innovate and optimize the teaching methods of physical education in colleges and universities, fully demonstrate the application advantages of the Internet in physical education teaching, achieve the organic combination of online and offline teaching, and promote the high-quality development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This paper adopts the literature research method to sort out the impact of the implementation of the Internet-based blended teaching mode of physical education on physical education teaching in colleges and universities, and proposes effective strategies for the promotion of the blended teaching mode of physical education. The author suggests that in the context of the Internet, efforts should be made from several aspects such as the input of resources and funds, the design of teaching activities, the optimization of learning modes, and the reform of recruitment and training mechanisms. Promote the in-depth implementation of the blended teaching model of physical education in colleges and universities, thereby building a new pattern of “Internet + physical education teaching”.
