Abstract: Educational evaluation is related to the direction of education development. Based on the CIPP model, this paper constructs a management curriculum evaluation system, including 4 first-level and 8 second-level indicators, and adopts the questionnaire survey method to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect of management courses. The results show that students highly evaluate this course, with an average value exceeding 4.5, but their knowledge needs are not fully met, their learning motivation is insufficient, and teaching resources need to be optimized. In view of this, this paper puts forward innovative and perfect measures, aiming at enriching teaching resources, stimulating students'interest in learning, improving course teaching effect, and providing valuable reference for continuous optimization and development of management courses.
