Abstract: New quality productivity, with artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies as its core, promotes the transformation of vocational education towards intelligence, greenness and innovation. As a key carrier for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents, vocational undergraduate education urgently needs to build a “dual qualified” teachers competency framework that meets the needs of new quality productivity. This article analyzes the requirements of new quality productivity for teachers'composite abilities, combined with the structural contradictions of “dual qualified” teachers in vocational undergraduate education, and proposes a dynamic ability optimization path centered on “technological adaptability + cross-border integration + innovation leadership”, providing theoretical support and practical examples for the improvement of teachers'abilities in vocational undergraduate colleges.
