Abstract: With the deepening of the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, the rapid development of industrial and economic transformation, and the continuous improvement of vocational education reform plans, the development of vocational education in the Greater Bay Area has ushered in new opportunities. However, due to incomplete policy guarantees, lack of targeted talent cultivation mechanisms, and insufficient role of enterprise entities, there are structural contradictions between regional vocational education and industrial development. To cultivate high-quality skilled talents needed for regional economy, deepening the integration of industry and education and reconstructing the relationship between industry and education are key. This article takes the reform of vocational education talent training mode as the starting point, combined with the current situation for new engineering talents. Through deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, courses are determined based on job positions, courses are promoted through competitions, courses are integrated with certificates, and courses are tested through production. The combination of profession and industry, curriculum and position is achieved, forming a diversified innovative education model of classified cultivation.
