Abstract: With the deepening of China's ecological civilization construction, water environment protection has become a core topic of the national ecological security strategy. However, the traditional talent training model for water environment monitoring has problems such as a disconnect between theory and practice, scattered teaching resources, and a single evaluation mechanism, which makes it difficult to meet the industry's demand for integrated and composite talents in“monitoring evaluation decision-making”. In this context, exploring innovative teaching methods has become an important path to break through the bottleneck of talent cultivation and serve the modernization of national ecological governance capabilities. This article constructs a systematic innovative framework for the blended teaching mode of water environment monitoring and evaluation courses, aiming to provide valuable reference for frontline teachers.
