Logic and Path of Vocational Education to Empower Rural Talent Revitalization

Abstract: The Party's 20th report proposed to accelerate the construction of agricultural power, solid promotion of rural industry, talent, culture, ecology, organizational revitalization. Talent is the most precious resource, and the revitalization of rural talent is the basic and strategic support for accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country. At present, the Party and the state have put forward new requirements for the reform and development of vocational education, and vocational education should be“in its position, seek their duties, take their responsibilities and do their best”. This paper deeply analyzes the theoretical logic, realistic logic and practical logic of the revitalization of rural talents, and discusses the three types of rural talents cultivated by vocational education and their cultivation paths, so as to provide beneficial theoretical thinking and practical reference for promoting the revitalization of rural talents.
