Path of Empowering Graduate Students with Innovation Ability in Science and Technology Institutes under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract: The science and technology institutes strengthens graduate education and social applications through innovative knowledge transmission, technology research and application, industry university research integration. Science and technology institutes can establish a high-level applied talent training curriculum system based on science and technology colleges, innovate the integration mechanism between science and technology colleges and high-level applied talent training, and cultivate graduate students'innovation ability. In the future, the science and technology institutes should strengthen cooperation with enterprises and governments deparement, promote technology transformation and commercialization, pay attention to talent cultivation and mobility, utilize professional courses and internship opportunities, and promote long-term connections between students and rural areas. In addition, actively participating in community activities, using cooperative models reasonably, encouraging community driven research, improving education levels and economic development potential, and supporting rural revitalization.
