Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Model for Virtual Reality Professional Group with “Direction, Level, and Dual Studio”

Abstract: Currently, various vocational colleges are exploring the construction of virtual reality professional groups and cultivating high skilled talents to serve the virtual reality content production industry. This article is based on the construction of a virtual reality professional group oriented training curriculum system. Starting from industry segmentation and job demand levels, it elaborates on the path design and practical exploration of professional group oriented and hierarchical talent training. It relies on the“dual working rooms”of teacher studios and enterprise studios on campus to implement excellent talent and enterprise customized talent training, providing reference for the training of virtual reality content production talents in other universities.
