Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid technological development, new technologies in the field of biology continue to emerge. Faced with the demand for technological innovation in cutting-edge fields, there is an urgent need to cultivate higher quality biological innovative talents. The quality of graduate education is directly influenced by the mode of graduate training. In current graduate education, curriculum teaching, project research, mentor guidance, and management services play a key role in cultivating graduate students'research and innovation abilities. The author's team has established a“three-in-one”approach for cultivating innovative graduate students in the field of biology, consisting of a mentor team, curriculum development, and project leadership. This approach targets graduate students majoring in biology and integrates the outcome-based education (OBE) model into graduate education. The“three-in-one”approach for cultivating innovative mentor teams, cultivating high-quality graduate courses, and leading scientific research projects aims to enhance the innovation capabilities of graduate students in the field of biology, and also provide reference and inspiration for biology graduate students’education in other colleges and universities.
