Abstract: The proportion of graduates from vocational colleges in Henan Province has been increasing year by year, and it is urgent to solve the employment problem of graduates. In 2023, the scale of fresh college graduates in Henan Province will reach a new high, and the employment and entrepreneurship work of college graduates will face huge challenges. This article is based on the strong support of the country for graduates'independent entrepreneurship. Through a survey of recent graduates from some vocational colleges in Henan Province, it analyzes the problems existing in their independent entrepreneurship and proposes some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
