Abstract: This project aims to improve the performance of waterborne polyurethane, address the market demand for higher performance waterborne polyurethane, and make a breakthrough in high-temperature resistance and corrosion prevention. The basic idea is to use water as the medium and use hyperbranching technology to graft copolymer of organic fluorine for hyperbranching reaction. During the hyperbranching process, organic fluorine and carbon nanotubes are introduced to improve their hydrophobicity and endow them with anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance. Looking for solutions from synthetic raw materials and additives, utilizing stable synthesis technology and introducing substances with high-temperature and anti-corrosion properties to jointly produce waterborne polyurethane. Project research can provide experience and reference for the“China International College Student Innovation Competition”, school enterprise cooperation, and innovation and entrepreneurship projects in vocational colleges.
