Research on the Training Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Universities from the Perspective of “Integration of Specialization and Innovation”

Abstract: With the deepening implementation of innovation driven strategy, the talent cultivation model of universities is facing new opportunities for“specialization industry coupling”, school enterprise cooperation, and industry education integration to empower and transform. Therefore, universities should keep up with the development of the times, based on the demand of society for university talents, and effectively accelerate the integration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creation education with professional education, in order to produce a multiplier effect. Based on the perspective of“integration of innovation and entrepreneurship”, this article elaborates on the value and principles of talent cultivation in innovation and entrepreneurship education. Finally, it proposes an optimization path for the cultivation of“double innovation”professional composite talents from multiple dimensions, in order to achieve deep collaborative education, transformation of integrated education, and mutual benefit integration.
