Research on the Innovation of “Three Innovations” Talent Education Mode in Applied Universities

Abstract: It is necessary to study the innovation of“three innovation”talent education mode in application-oriented universities to cultivate application-oriented technical and technical talents who can meet the needs of the new era and serve the development of local economy. By the method of grounded theory to analyze 27 article applied the relevant research literature, summarize the development of the“three innovation”talent education bottleneck, based on the combination of an applied university features and practical case of the“three innovation”talent, the essay discusses three layer embedded education mode, put forward the applied university and innovation of talent education mode.
