Construction of the Integrated Curriculum System Based on Post, Class, Certificate and Competition Integration of Pet Care and Training Specialty Major under“ 1+X ”Certificate System

Abstract

Abstract: The pet industry is currently in a period of rapid development, and there are higher requirements for the comprehensive professional skills and literacy of pet professionals. However, the current curriculum system does not align well with the job tasks of pet professionals. Therefore, this article analyzes and clarifies the professional job groups and typical job tasks of pet care and grooming, combined with the“1+X”level certificate standards for pet care and beauty, and the standards for pet skill competitions, set up course modules in the field of pet care and grooming, construct a curriculum system that integrates the professional“on-the-job course competition certificate”, and comprehensively improve talent cultivation quality.
