Abstract: Empowering high-quality employment for college students through human capital is an exploratory attempt to meet personal development needs, improve the effectiveness of university education, and align with national policy guidance. In the new era, promoting high-quality employment for college students must focus on the problems of fixed human capital capacity training mechanisms, imbalanced system structures, and single shaping models. A employment service mechanism with human capital enhancement as the core should be established, and measures such as innovative training models, building data platforms, and consolidating training forces should be taken to promote high-quality employment for college students.
