Study on the Mechanism of Industry Chain Integration for Talent Cultivation in Industrial Colleges

Abstract: Industrial colleges have emerged as a crucial link between higher education and practical industry due to the evolution of the global economy and the increasing complexity of industrial frameworks. The talent cultivation model of industrial colleges has garnered significant interest, with industry integration being identified as a burgeoning trend in industrial advancement. This trend requires a close alignment of the educational model with industrial requirements in order to nurture skilled professionals with practical competencies. Investigating the mechanisms of talent cultivation and industrial chain integration in industrial colleges can improve the quality of education and promote the sustainable development of the industry, contributing to the development of the social economy. This paper analyzes the intrinsic mechanism of integrating talent cultivation and the industrial chain. It also explores how to improve the efficiency and quality of talent cultivation through educational reform.
