Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid technological development and industrial optimization and upgrading, higher vocational education, as an important base for cultivating high skilled talents, is facing new challenges and opportunities. Especially in the context of school enterprise cooperation, the optimization of talent training models in vocational colleges is particularly important. School enterprise cooperation, as an educational model that closely integrates school teaching with enterprise practice, aims to enhance students'professional qualities and comprehensive abilities, so that they can better adapt to market demand and serve the development of the social economy. In view of this, this article will be based on the background of school enterprise cooperation, researching talent cultivation mode reform in vocational colleges in Yancheng area, deeply analyzing the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, and systematically exploring the optimization path of talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges in order to provide theoretical reference for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era.
