Exploring the Innovative Path of Cultivating “Double Creation” Talents in Land Resource Management under the Background of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: With the emergence of new productive forces, the field of land resource management is facing an urgent need for innovative talent cultivation models. This article focuses on the cultivation of“double innovation”talents in the field of land resource management, and explores the response strategies for external driving and the requirements for enhancing internal driving in the context of the new era. By leveraging the integration of industry, academia, research and application, and stimulating the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, and through the“trinity”training and reform path, we propose an education system that not only strengthens students'comprehensive quality, but also emphasizes the modularization of knowledge and practical innovation of abilities. This study aims to address the new requirements of new productive forces for land resource management professionals, construct a new talent cultivation model that is in line with the development of the times and the trend of industry integration, in order to achieve the goal of improving education quality and cultivating high-quality“double innovation”talents, promote the deep integration of professional education and industry development, and provide innovative ideas and strategies for talent cultivation in related majors.
