Abstract: Based on“workshop classroom”,“dual”education is a talent cultivation model in which higher vocational colleges and universities build classrooms and workshops together through“attract enterprises, draw in intelligence and bringing funds into education”, and establish teaching teams together, facing the real environment of enterprises and developing courses according to the skill needs of enterprises. environment, according to the needs of enterprise job skills, school and enterprise jointly develop the curriculum, school and enterprise collaborative cultivation of talents training mode. Through the practice of “workshop classroom”and“dual”education talent cultivation mode, the vitality, adaptability, attractiveness and social influence of vocational education will be improved, and the quality of education will be effectively improved.
