Abstract: To effectively help college students solve the problem of employment, universities should do a good job in educating college students on career planning. Not only can it help college students find their future development direction, but it can also cultivate their employability during college, and lay the foundation for the future career development of college students. Based on this, the article takes the significance of carrying out career planning education for college students as the starting point, analyzes the problems existing in career planning education for college students, and finally proposes effective educational strategies, aiming to effectively improve the quality of career planning education for college students and provide reference for the career planning education work of major universities.
