Construction of High Skilled Talent Training Model in Vocational Colleges under the Background of New Business Studies

Abstract

Abstract: New business is based on the development of existing business courses, integrates new technologies into business courses and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary education for students with new concepts, models, and methods. Cultivating talents with solid professional knowledge and skills, teamwork ability, and innovative literacy is the key to the development of new business science. The article focuses on the main problems in the cultivation of e-commerce professionals in vocational colleges and proposes a high skilled talent cultivation model based on the integration of“job courses, competition courses, certification and innovation”. Taking the core majors of the e-commerce professional group in Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Trade as a case study, a multi-dimensional practical teaching system and specific cultivation path of“job courses, competition courses, certification courses, and innovation courses”are constructed.
