Countermeasure and Approach of Empowering the Training of “Dual Teacher and Multi Ability Type” Teaching Team through the Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: The integration of industry and education provides important support for the construction of a“dual teacher and multi ability”teaching staff, but it also faces many difficulties. This article explores the current challenges faced, including difficulties in introducing high-level industry experts, imbalanced composition of teaching staff, insufficient team integration, and imperfect construction mechanisms. In order to solve the above problems, paths for cultivating the teaching staff have been proposed, and provide an example of the construction practice plan for the production education integration studio of Chengdu Agricultural College has been discussed.
