“Promoting Learning through Competition” to Enhance the Practical Ability of Industrial Software Talents

Abstract: In recent years, the first batch of characteristic demonstration software colleges have focused on the development direction of the national software industry, and have created characteristic talent training models based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in large industrial software and other fields. This article studies the development background of the“promoting learning through competition”talent training model, constructs the development path of the“promoting learning through competition”talent training model, takes the Industrial Software Practice Innovation Competition held by the School of Software at Suzhou University as an example, elaborates on the practical process and results of the“promoting learning through competition”training model, and summarizes the important significance of the“promoting learning through competition”training model in improving the practical ability of industrial software talents.
