Abstract: China is in the stage of economic transformation and the industrial structure is constantly upgrading. Enterprises need high-quality talents who master core technology to deal with the current market competition. However, as the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges in China is at the initial stage, there is still a large gap between the quality of trained talents and the needs of enterprises, so it is necessary to further explore the talent training model. Therefore, in combination with the current situation of Cangzhou Technical College enterprise cooperation to jointly cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions to jointly cultivate talents with enterprises as the main body, vocational colleges as the main position, and schools and enterprises as the reference for achieving high-quality development of vocational education.
