Study on the Construction of Quality System for Cultivating Primary School Education Professional Talents under the Background of Teacher Education Professional Certification

Abstract: With the continuous development of education, the requirements for the quality and specialization of primary education are also increasing. As an important guarantee mechanism for educational quality, teacher training professional certification has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of primary education professionals. This article aims to construct a quality system for the cultivation of primary education professionals under the background of teacher education professional certification, and proposes an effective construction framework. The study focuses on the impact of teacher education professional certification on the cultivation of primary education professionals, as well as the construction of quality systems in goal setting, curriculum system construction, and teaching method improvement. Through the implementation of this training system, the effectiveness can be evaluated and improvement strategies explored, further improving the framework for constructing a talent training system, and providing reference and inspiration for relevant educational institutions and practitioners.
