Abstract: The integration of science and education emphasizes the integration between disciplines and the cultivation of practical application abilities, which is an important development direction of the modern education system. Fluorescence analysis technology, as an advanced experimental method, has a wide range of applications in biomedical, chemical, environmental science, and other fields. This article explores the importance and application of fluorescence analysis technology in the cultivation of innovative and applied talents under the concept of integration of science and education. Against this background, it explores how to incorporate fluorescence analysis technology into the cultivation plan of applied talents, thereby improving students'practical operation skills, scientific research awareness, and innovative thinking. The design of case studies and experimental teaching models provides strong support for cultivating applied talents with comprehensive qualities. Finally, this study presents prospects for the development of fluorescence analysis teaching under the integration of science and education in the future, emphasizing the potential of this teaching model in the cultivation of applied talents.
