Analysis of the Implementation Strategy for Dual-System Education from the Perspective of School-Enterprise Cooperation Community—Taking Human Resource Management Major of Private Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

Abstract: With the rapid development of the socio-economic environment and the continuous growth in demand for skilled professionals, the importance of higher vocational education in cultivating practical technical talent has become increasingly prominent. The primary mission of vocational colleges at present is to nurture and supply talent that aligns with the demands of the market. Therefore, finding an education method that is more socially practical and enhances students'professional capabilities is particularly necessary. The school-enterprise cooperation community, as an innovative educational model, can effectively promote the improvement of students’practical skills and the development of their professional abilities. This article analyzes the current status of higher vocational education, explores the significance of the implementation of the dual-track education approach in the context of the school-enterprise cooperation community, and provides corresponding implementation recommendations with the aim of offering academic support for the development of relevant vocational colleges.
