Quality Assurance and Evaluation of Vocational Talent Cultivation under the Collaborative Education Model between Schools and Enterprises

Abstract: The school enterprise collaborative education model, as a new type of vocational talent cultivation model, combines education and practice through school enterprise cooperation to improve students'practical application ability and employment competitiveness. However, the quality assurance and evaluation of vocational talent cultivation under this model face some challenges. Through practical case analysis, the effectiveness of this model in improving the quality of vocational talent cultivation was summarized, and corresponding suggestions were proposed. At the same time, it explored how to conduct quality assurance and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of vocational talent cultivation under the school enterprise collaborative education model. And it is concluded that the school enterprise collaborative education model can effectively improve the quality of vocational talent cultivation. Through the establishment of school enterprise cooperation platforms, enterprise training bases, and enterprise mentor systems, students can better integrate with practical work, gain more practical experience and problem-solving abilities, thereby improving the quality level of vocational talents.
