Research on Progressive Innovation and Entrepreneurship Model for Students in New Engineering Colleges

Abstract: The article proposes a strategy for cultivating entrepreneurial and innovative abilities among students by integrating professional courses and competitions, based on an analysis of the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education. It presents a progressive pathway and organizational mechanism for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, which integrates course projects, engineering competitions, and entrepreneurial projects. By implementing measures such as university-industry collaboration, innovative cooperation mechanisms, integration of specialized and entrepreneurial education, and the construction of a diverse innovation ecosystem, a platform for new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship competition is established. The aim is to enhance students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and promote synergistic innovation involving multiple elements.
