Exploration and Practice of the Multiple Collaborative Education Model for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents under the Background of Industry Education Integration

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is the fundamental requirement and effective way to deepen the reform of“innovation and entrepreneurship”education, cultivate high-quality application-oriented“innovation and entrepreneurship”talents who adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development. This article focuses on the main problems of“innovation and entrepreneurship”education in vocational colleges, focusing on the cultivation of“industry demand oriented innovation and entrepreneurship ability, improvement of enterprise practical problem-solving ability, and strengthening of professional knowledge practical application ability”. It establishes a four party collaborative community, builds a six dimensional practical support platform, expands industry communication channels, optimizes teacher structure, creates high-quality targeted talent training classes, and adheres to the integration of competition and innovation, cultivate students' ability to discover and solve problems, encourage them to be bold and innovative, and aim to cultivate high-quality composite technical skills talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and abilities.
