Exploring the Talent Training Model of New Energy Vehicles in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of“Three Comprehensive Education”

Abstract: In recent years, the new energy vehicle industry has flourished, and the country has also published relevant policies to encourage the consumption of new energy vehicles. A huge market requires a large number of technical personnel, and various universities have subsequently established new energy vehicle majors. The article analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in the field of new energy vehicles in vocational colleges, with the main focus on“three comprehensive education”. Through curriculum design, ideological and political education, and extracurricular activities, a talent cultivation model is developed to enhance professional identity. The aim is to help each student develop a personalized growth plan, develop a series of good behavior habits, cultivate a good hobby, participate in a school level or above competition, participate in a type of volunteer service or innovation and entrepreneurship activities, strive to achieve the“six ones”education project.
