Research on Optimization Strategies for Vocational College Preschool Education Internship

Abstract: To improve the quality of internship in current vocational college preschool education majors. This article suggests that vocational colleges to enhance curriculum design, optimize internship programs, improve pre-job training quality, review internship organizations'qualifications strictly, enhance supervision quality, and establish clear evaluation standards. Additionally, interns should strengthen their professional responsibility, enhance their professional literacy, develop a strong professional identity, and strengthen their self-reflection. Internship organizations should improve pre-job training systems, value interns and interests, and offer objective evaluations of their performance.
