Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Specialized Software Talents

Abstract

Abstract: The flourishing development of the software industry requires a large number of high-quality software talents. This article analyzes the current status of software talent cultivation and explores and practices the cultivation of specialized software talents. We have scientifically determined the goal of distinctive talent cultivation, constructed a four-dimensional integrated talent cultivation model, established a diversified management model, constructed rich course resources, and constructed a multi-dimensional integrated teaching quality evaluation system. The purpose is to cultivate specialized software talents who meet the development needs of the new era industry through these innovative measures.
