Current Situation and Improvement Path of Teachers'Teaching Ability in Guangxi Private Colleges and Universities under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

Abstract: Teachers'teaching ability is the core factor that determines the quality of personnel training. In private colleges and universities in Guangxi region, teachers'practical teaching level is restricted by many factors, which affects the compound personnel training. In order to build a team of teachers who can not only impart theoretical knowledge but also have rich practical experience, cultivate compound talents to meet the needs of the future society, and improve the comprehensive ability of college teachers. From the perspective of the integration of production and education, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers in Guangxi private colleges and universities, in order to provide relevant references for accelerating the construction of teachers in Guangxi private colleges and universities.
