Effect Analysis of Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Mode of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Based on Information Technology

Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the effect of online and offline mixed teaching with traditional teaching in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery teaching. MethodTaking the spring otolaryngology head and neck surgery course of Clinical Medical College of Chengdu University as the research object, four classes of otolaryngology head and neck surgery 40-classes were studied. Observation group (43 students in Class 1 of Grade 2018, 42 students in Class 2 of Grade 2018) and control group (43 students in Class 1 of Grade 2017, 48 students in Class 2 of Grade 2017). The observation group adopted online and offline mixed teaching. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe final exam scores, total scores and satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group(p<0.05). ConclusionThe information-based online and offline mixed teaching mode can stimulate students'interest in learning, strengthen students'mastery of knowledge points and improve teaching quality.
