Exploration and Research on the Curriculum Design of Chinese Language Education for International Students Majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine in China

Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine is a precious medical and health asset in China. Its unique treatment methods and good therapeutic effects are highly praised at home and abroad, attracting many international students to study in China. However, during the learning process, international students often face multiple obstacles such as language, culture, and professional knowledge. In order to better meet the professional learning needs of international students, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the curriculum of Chinese language education for international students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine. This article explores the curriculum design of Chinese language education for international students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in China. Through research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and interviews, combined with relevant theories, more effective Chinese language education curriculum design suggestions are proposed to improve the learning efficiency of international students in China, promote their understanding of Chinese culture, and provide useful insights for Chinese language education for international students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in China.
