Abstract: Currently, for the development of childcare professional in the faculty, teaching hardware and software facilities and employment counterpart is still in the early stage of development, which needs effective ways to guide and promote the reform and construction of related fields. Although higher vocational colleges are still in the adjustment period in the curriculum setting of infant care specialty, under the guidance of a series of policies and regulations, the construction of relevant specialty is gradually unfolding. University-Enterprise cooperation and dual education mode are considered to be effective in making up for the shortage of teachers. The implementation of curriculum modularization system construction, aiming at the market demand and the requirements of employers, and coordinating the construction of curriculum resources with the consistency and fitness of social and industrial post abilities can effectively optimize the construction of curriculum system, so as to help colleges and universities better establish talent training programs, and accelerate the development of childcare professionals.
